Comment A Pseudomonas fluorescens type VI secretion system is related to mucoidy, motility and bacterial competition. ME01 tssC phenotype seems similar to a patchwork of MFE01 hcp1 and MFE01 hcp2 phenotypes confirms of Hcp1 and Hcp2 involvement in a T6SS. Hcp1 and Hcp2 contribute to the killing activity.
