Detailed information of regulator
|Regulatory pathway (from literatures)||QS regulatory pathway|
|KEGG pathway (determined by BlastKOALA)||Metabolic pathways (map01100); Cysteine and methionine metabolism (map00270); Quorum sensing (map02024)|
|Related T6SS||T6SS00256 (Type i1); T6SS00260 (Type i3)|
|Strain||Yersinia pseudotuberculosis YPIII|
|Sequence||Protein sequence (217 a.a.); Nucleotide sequence (651 bp)|
|Description||the expression of T6SS1 was upregulated in the ypsIytbI and ypsRytbR double mutants compared to the YPIII parent strain.; T6SS4 promoter activity was signiWcantly reduced in the ypsIytbI double mutant in which the QS system was completely inactivated and T6SS4 promoter activity was strongly reduced in the ypsI mutant. Exogenously adding AHLs extracted from the AHL producer E. coli DH5 (pJZ365) resulted in a substantial recovery of T6SS4 expression in the ypsIytbI mutant.|

- Transmembrane helices are predicted using TMHMM 2.0 software.
- Sec/SPI: "standard" secretory signal peptides transported by the Sec translocon and cleaved by Signal Peptidase I (Lep).
- Sec/SPII: lipoprotein signal peptides transported by the Sec translocon and cleaved by Signal Peptidase II (Lsp).
- Tat/SPI: Tat signal peptides transported by the Tat translocon and cleaved by Signal Peptidase I (Lep).
