Description p-Fha1 is critical to trigger H-T6SS.; Western blot analysis of TAP eluents and FM results shows ClpV1, and possibly other key H1-T6S components, are in complex with Fha1. Phosphorylation of Fha1 by PpkA recruits this complex to putative membrane-bound and periplasmic components of the apparatus.
