Description | In vivo Escherichia coli toxicity assay further supported this deduction. Isopropyl b-D- 1-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) induced expression of TseV substantially reduced the growth of E. coli cells and the toxicity of TseV could be rescued by co-expres- sion with TsiV. |
