| Description | The PA0823 fused PA0822 gene was generated by mutate the stop codon TAA of PA0823 gene into TAC from the P. aeruginosa PAO1 genomic DNA thus generating a sequence encoding a 233AA protein from the N terminal of PA0823 to the C-terminal of TseV. in vivo Escherichia coli toxicity assay further supported this deduction. Isopropyl b-D- 1-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) induced expression of TseV substantially reduced the growth of E. coli cells and the toxicity of TseV could be rescued by co-expression with TsiV. |
