Description | SMDB11_0810, a second homologue of Ssp6.SMDB11_0810 induces detectable depolarisation in a small fraction of the cells. This effect was recovered back to the level of the empty vector control by the co-expression of the putative immunity protein, SMDB11_0809. Expression of SMDB11_0810 also led to an increase in NPN uptake. |
