Detailed information of accessory protein

Summary

Accessory protein ID ACP00015 experimental
Type chaperone
Related T6SS (Type) T6SS00258 (Type i3)
Strain Yersinia pseudotuberculosis YPIII
Replicon chromosome
Related structure protein -
Related effector YPK_0954 (Tce1)
Description GST pull-down assays showed proteins specifically retained by GST-Tce1 were detected and mass spectrometric analysis identified Tce1 partners: BtuB, , OmpF , TolB.The specific interactions of Tce1 with BtuB, OmpF, and TolB were further supported by bacterial two-hybrid and in vitro binding assays. BtuB and OmpF are important for contact-independent, but not for contact-dependent, entry of Tce1.
