| Description | EMSA assays indicated that phosphorylated BaeR (BaeR-P) directly bound to promoter DNA region 1 of PCN033. A 294 bp fragment in the T6SS gene cluster was used for DNase I foot-printing assay. BaeR induced the expression of T6SS under zinc attack, which in turn directly contributed to bacteria zinc tolerance. |
