Description Transcriptome analysis showed that T6SS was the most affected secretion system, with reductions in the ΔvfmH mutant ranging from 6.6 to 1196.9‐fold. We next confirmed this result by qRT‐PCR analysis on nine T6SS genes and found that their expression levels were significantly reduced by 2.6–8.8‐fold.
