Detailed information of regulator
Summary
Regulator ID | REG0327 |
Regulator type | protein |
Regulatory pathway (from literatures) | QS regulatory pathway |
KEGG pathway (determined by BlastKOALA) | Metabolic pathways (map01100); Cysteine and methionine metabolism (map00270); Two-component system (map02020); Quorum sensing (map02024); Biofilm formation - Pseudomonas aeruginosa (map02025) |
Related T6SS | T6SS01276 (Type i4b) |
Strain | Burkholderia cenocepacia strain K56-2 |
Replicon | chromosome |
Sequence | Protein sequence (203 a.a.); Nucleotide sequence (609 bp) |
Description | T6SS activity was recorded as the ability of the bacteria to induce the formation of characteristic ectopic actin nucleations or ‘pearls’ around infected ANA‐1 macrophages. While few pearls were detected around macrophages infected with WT, no pearls were visible around macrophages infected with ΔcepI and ΔcepIΔcciI thus confirming that T6SS expression is QS regulated. |
