Description cspV affects the level of c-di-GMP, possibly through upregulation of the phosphodiesterase gene rocS.And ΔcspV strain exhibited a significant decrease in T6SS-mediated killing of E. coli, comparable to that of the Δhcp mutant, at 37°C and 25°C, while no killing was observed at 15°C in any of the strains.
