Detailed information of regulator
Summary
Regulator ID | REG0199 |
Regulator type | protein |
Regulatory pathway (from literatures) | TCS-RR |
KEGG pathway (determined by BlastKOALA) | Two-component system (map02020); Biofilm formation - Escherichia coli (map02026) |
Related T6SS | T6SS00260 (Type i3) |
Strain | Yersinia pseudotuberculosis YPIII |
Replicon | chromosome |
Sequence | Protein sequence (240 a.a.); Nucleotide sequence (720 bp) |
Description | EMSA assay results indicate that OmpR directly binds to the T6SS4 promoter through recognizing the O1, O2 and O3 elements and T6SS4p::lacZ fusion LacZ activity results demonstrate that the T6SS4 expression is positively regulated by OmpR through recognizing O1,O2 and O3 elements in an unknown mechanism. |
