Description | Use SOLiD RNA sequencing technology to assess T6SS-1 transcript levels in B. pseudomallei AI harboring pBHR2 and pBHR2-virAG and expression for each gene in T6SS-1 yielded significant differences in expression when compared directly between AI(pBHR2) and AI(pBHR2-virAG). |
