Description | The promoter activities of GacS and GacA were increased in the ΔprtNΔprtR mutant and western blot assay showed that the protein levels of GacS and GacA were more abundance in the ΔprtNΔprtR mutant compared to ΔprtN strain. Hcp1 were examined in the wild-type PAO1, ΔprtN, ΔprtNΔprtR,ΔprtNΔprtRΔgacA as well as the complemented strains. The deletion of gacA in the ΔprtNΔprtR strain restored the expression levels of ExoS to those in the ΔprtN mutant and wild-type parent but more fewer for Hcp1. |
