KpVR: a Web-based tool for detecting replicons, virulence, T4SS gene clusters and antibiotic resistance genes in K. pneumoniae plasmids. KpVR was designed to show the correlation between replicons with virulence and conjugative modules, for tracking the evolution of virulence plasmids.
