Download the replion sequence dataset repDB

We developed a back-end dataset repDB based on our IncFIBK subtypes and PlasmidFinder. The online tool KpVR then performs rapid homology searches of a query plasmid sequence against repDB based on nucleotide sequence identities and coverage.
