relBE superfamily

The relBE superfamily contains seven two-component subfamilies: relBE, higBA, prlF-yhaV, mqsRA, yafN-yafO, dinJ-yafQ and yefM-yoeB. These seven families are clustered together due to the sequence similarity and/or significantly similar tertiary folds of toxin proteins.
