It could run under Linux version 2.6.32-696.10.2.el6.x86_64 with no additional installations,
after making sure everything has executable permissions.
After downloading the compressed file 'oriTfinder_linux.tar.gz', please decompress it with gunzip and tar.
Please read the file '
README.txt'
to install and run the local version of oriTfinder.
