ICE family: ICEHin1056
ICEHin1056 is a well studied ICE. We selected it as a reference and difined ICEHin1056 family. We classified any ICE that encodes an integrase gene closely related to int(ICEHin1056), defined as over 60% protein homology and that that has significant sequence alignment and syntenic 'core' structure into the ICEHin1056 family.
